About Us

History

Over 75 Years of Tradition.  Four Generations of Caring.

Generations is a service of one of Denver’s oldest and most respected funeral homes:  Feldman Mortuary.  We began operating in 1936, when my great-grandfather Samuel Feldman opened a mortuary in central Denver, with a promise to be there for the Denver community during a family’s time of need.  And for the last seven decades, four generations of our family have been fulfilling that mission.  Whatever your background or beliefs, you can be assured that your funeral service needs will be met with heart-felt compassion and care.

Over the years, Feldman Mortuary has become an integral part of both our Jewish community and our Denver community.  We have the highest regard the way people choose to mourn.  We always listen to and respect the wishes of our families who have placed their utmost trust in us.  Our community has called upon us throughout the years to guide them through a truly difficult time by comforting the bereaved and sensitively caring for their loved one.

We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help with everything.  When a death occurs, we will coordinate all religious, legal and logistical details efficiently and attentively so that you may focus on your personal needs and the needs of your family.  We will work closely with clergy of your choice,  to ensure your needs are addressed and the details of the memorial service are complete.
